We do not bill insurance directly. - Fees and program pricing are presented at the time of booking and may change. The fee in effect at the time of booking applies. - Consultation fees are charged at the time of booking. Free discovery calls do not require payment. - Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before an appointment may be subject to a fee. No-shows may forfeit consultation fees. - Memberships and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law. ## Treatments and individual results Hormone optimization, peptide therapy, GLP-1 medications, and related services are individualized and require evaluation, labs, and ongoing monitoring. Results vary.
