Appointments, payments, and cancellations

• Pause & Reset is a private-pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly.
• Fees and program pricing are presented at the time of booking and may change. The fee in effect at the time of booking applies.
• Consultation fees are charged at the time of booking. Free discovery calls do not require payment.
• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before an appointment may be subject to a fee. No-shows may forfeit consultation fees.
• Memberships and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law.

Treatments and individual results

Hormone optimization, peptide therapy, GLP-1 medications, and related services are individualized and require evaluation, labs, and ongoing monitoring. Results vary. Some compounded medications and peptides referenced on this site are not FDA-approved for the indications discussed; we provide them only when clinically appropriate and with your informed consent.
